Where to reach the developer + how to manage your account.

Bugs & feature requests

The fastest way to reach the developer is on X — @tdinh_me. Mention:

• iPhone model and iOS version
• Holler version (Settings → About in the app)
• Short description of what happened and what you expected

Sign-in trouble

Holler uses Sign in with Apple — there's no password to reset. If the "Sign in with Apple" button isn't working, try:

• iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → Holler → Stop using → re-sign-in
• Make sure your iCloud account is signed in on the device
• If still stuck, DM @tdinh_me with a screenshot

Deleting your account & posts

Revoke Holler's access in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → Holler → Stop Using Apple ID. Apple notifies us; your user row is deleted, which cascades to delete all your posts (Postgres ON DELETE CASCADE). For immediate manual deletion before Apple's notification reaches us, DM @tdinh_me.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Short version: we store your Apple user id, optional email, display name, and your posts. Posts are public; identity is not. No analytics, no trackers, no cookies.

Reporting inappropriate content

Holler is text-only (max 280 chars). To report a post that violates Apple's UGC guidelines (harassment, illegal content, etc.), DM @tdinh_me on X with the post's author handle + body. Action within 24 hours.
